Q. How do I store my cookies once I receive them?
A. Our cookies ship fresh but do not have any added preservatives so they stay fresher if kept in an airtight container at room temperature, refrigerated or frozen. If kept frozen, cookies will last up to 5 months. If kept at room temperature, cookies will last about 2 weeks. We personally like freezing our cookies in a resealable bag and taking them out an hour before enjoying.
Q. Does your product contain nuts?
A. Tubby's Taste cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.
All Tubby's Taste cookies contain coconut and wheat.
That being said, Tubby's Taste is allergen friendly using no soy, other nuts, eggs, or dairy.
Q. Are your ingredients organic/non-GMO?
A. We use organic ingredients and cut back on sugar when it isn't necessary for the chemistry of a recipe. Dessert should be eaten in moderation, but when you're eating our cookies we want you to feel satisfied and happy! Here's a link to our ingredient list.
Q. How does ordering and shipping work?
A. Once orders are placed and fulfilled, cookie boxes are shipped from our commercial kitchen in Chicago, IL using UPS. You can select your shipping at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Currently we ship every Monday unless there's a holiday.

Q. Who is a Tubby's Taste customer?
A. Tubby's Taste customers are vegans and non-vegans. They like their dessert decadent but may have a complicated relationship with dairy. They like giving thoughtful gifts to their friends and family and enjoy treating themselves in moderation. Our cookies may be vegan but they are made for everyone.
